Eco-Roof Rebate Program The City of Toronto has implemented a new rebate program for qualifying reflective white and green roof systems.
Our white reflective roof system has been accepted as an Eco-Roof qualified roof system. The City of Toronto recognizes the heat island effect and how white roofs can lower the ambient temperature in the summer and make A/C units work more efficiently thus saving countless energy dollars for our city.
So bright white in fact that you cannot walk on our roofingsystems on sunny days without sunglasses. White reflective roofs are the future of flat roofing. The city of Toronto believes this to be true and so do we.
How the rebate system works. Once our customers have accepted our roof contract, we apply to the city of Toronto Eco-Roof program to get a rebate back on your roofing investment. Your rebate will depend on the size of your flat roof.
To date we have helped our customers get rebates up to $25,000.00 for their flat roof installations. Each roof is different and the rebates are also. Your building must be located in the city of Toronto and meet the stringent white roofing standards set out by the city.
